Ability to clone the project settings in Jira Cloud

      Admins should have the ability to clone the project settings in Jira Cloud so as to copy it from one project to another.

            After some analysis, we've found that this ticket is a duplicate of the request JRACLOUD-79726 – Jira Cloud - having the ability to clone/copy an entire project which has more votes.

            This would save a lot of manual work when setting up a similar project with the same Epic's, Story's, Task's and Subtask's.
