Issue Summary

In the active sprint board, when issues are listed per user (by selecting the user profile), the user is not able to open unassigned parent issues.

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Board settings > Swimlanes > Set Base Swimlanes on to Stories
2. Create a Story and create a subtask in the story issue
3. Assign the subtask to yourself/a user
4. Navigate to the board, select/click on your profile icon so that issues assigned to you will be listed.
5. Try to open the parent story by clicking on the issue key
   

Expected Results

Users should be able to open unassigned parent issues in board view

Actual Results

Users are not able to open unassigned parent issues

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
