Issue Summary

On Sprint Board, issue links don't work if swimlanes are defined by Story and user filter is applied, also right-click is disabled.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Configure a sprint board to use swimlanes by story
2. Go to the Active sprints view
3. filter by a user
4. links and right-click are not working

Expected Results

Links and right-click should work

Actual Results

nothing is done, video attached for reference

Workaround

clear the filter or right-click the issue type icon, click copy issue link, open a new browser tab  and paste the link
