filter Next-Gen Roadmap by epic status

Issue Summary

The filtering function in the Roadmap in NextGen Project could be improved.
Jira shows the status Category in the filter options and when you apply the filter it is including any Epic with tasks in that status. However, it is desired to filter by Epic Status, not caring about the tasks.

Steps to Reproduce

1. in Next Gen Project, have one Sprint with tasks in the 3 status category (To do, progress, Done)
2. Apply a filter in the Roadmap
   #Jira could always show the Epics because it is having tasks in all status, no matter the Epic Status.

Expected Results

Jira should only show the Epics with the statusCategory you filtered based on the Epic Status not in the children's status.

Let's say the Epic has 2 To DO tasks, 1 Progress Task and 3 Done Task but the Epic is DONE. Jira should hide the Epic if we selected Any Status different than DONE. 

Actual Results

Jira always shows this Epic because it is having tasks in all status, ignoring the Epic Status
