Allow exporting the 'Parent-ID' field to CSV in Next-gen

      Problem Definition

      Currently, when searching for a list of issues using the issue navigator and then exporting the results to CSV, JIRA won't include the parent-id field and its values

      Suggested Solution

      Allow users to export this field as well when using the CSV export functionality.
