Pinned Board tab on Browser causes continuous loading spinner on the old issue view

Problem Definition

On a Browser when viewing issues on Board and the tab is pinned, it causes a continuous loading spinner on the old issue view, which doesn't stop to load.

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to the board overview and select an issue
2. right click the tab and select "pin tab"
3. close the browser and open it again.

Expected Result

Once the Browser is re-opened, since the tab is pinned, the issue should be able to simply load

Actual Result

There's a continuous loading spinner on the issue that's selected, selecting other issues doesn't stop the loading.
