Description
Summary:
The find option (Command + F on MAC) doesn't work properly on cards JIRA Software Boards on Chrome.
Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to a JIRA Software Board (Kanban or Scrum)
- Add a sprint and some issues to this sprint
- Navigate to the Active Sprints
- Try to use the find option (Command F) to search for any issues
- However, if you search for the complete issue key (e.g TP-23)
- Please, check the video attached to check more details about the issue
Expected Results
The issue should appear on the find bar and would be highlighted.
Actual Results
The issue does not appear in the bar and it is not highlighted.
Workaround
- If you search only for the project prefix, you will find many issues.
- If you search only for the issue ID (e.g. 23), you will find the issue you want.
Notes
The issue was reported as a Bug at JSWCLOUD-16145 and it's closed as Won't do. Raising it as a feature request on behalf of customer.
This issue will be fixed shortly with the release of a new board filter (including text search in Work mode).
A temporary workaround is to search for issue number instead of the full issue key.
