Hyphen used in issue key seems to use different unicode

Summary

Hyphen used in issue key in JIRA Software board (Active Sprint/Kanban board View) seems to use different unicode causing users not able to search for certain issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. Have a Scrum/Kanban board and some issues
2. Go to Active Sprint/Kanban board view
3. Press ctrl+f and key in the issue key (ie. ABC-1)
   • Searching only the project key works
   • 
   • Searching project key plus (dash)
   • 

Browser

Chrome Version 60.0.3112.113 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Actual Result

Issue isn't searchable using normal dash ( - )

Expected Result

Issues should be searchable using normal dash ( - )
