Add the create issue in epic button to Jira new issue view

In the old Jira issue view, there used to be a button that allowed users to add new issues to the epic directly from the epic itself rather than using the general purpose issue creation method which is a little ambiguous.

Please add the create issue in epic button back as it adds clarity to the intention of the user and is far more intuitive.
