      An attempt is made to perform a JIRA merge between jira cloud and jira server via a backup.

      The backup was created via cloud in the backup manager. The backup was created especially for the option "server". The zip file cannot be read in the jira server application when a restore of the system is running. Even individual projects cannot be imported via restore.
