Jira allows issues having both Epic Link and Parent link
Environment
Steps to Reproduce
Scenario 1:
Initial state:
- Issue: Epic
- Parent link:
- Epic link:
Action:
- User moves the issue to another project, change its type and add a Epic link.
New state:
- Issue: Story
- Parent link:
- Epic link:
Result:
- The issue has Parent Link and Epic Link, which is not correct. Epic link is shown on UI but the Parent link is not. Also, if the users opens the parent, the issue is not listed.

Result:
- The issue has Parent Link and Epic Link, which is not correct. Parent link is shown on UI but the Epic link is not. If the users opens the parent, the issue is not listed.
Expected Results
If the Story already have a Parent Link, Epic Link field shouldn't be available.
When the Story is updated to Epic, the Epic Link should be removed.
Actual Results
Issues ends up having both Epic Link and Parent link
