Jira allows issues having both Epic Link and Parent link

Initial state:

• Issue: Epic
• Parent link:
• Epic link:

Action:

• User moves the issue to another project, change its type and add a Epic link.

New state:

• Issue: Story
• Parent link:
• Epic link:

Result:

• The issue has Parent Link and Epic Link, which is not correct. Epic link is shown on UI but the Parent link is not. Also, if the users opens the parent, the issue is not listed.
