Provide the ability to pre-fill project based on the current page in create issue screen

Problem Definition

At the moment, in the create issue screen, project field will be pre-filled based on the previous page the user viewed or worked on. To Reproduce:

1. Open a scrum board
2. Create an issue by pressing C or the create issue button (e.g pre-filled project: ABC)
3. Add issue to the sprint
4. Open a new tab and open any issue of project DEF
5. Go back to scrum board in (1)
6. Create another issue and the pre-filled project now is DEF

Suggested Solution

It would be great if JIRA Software has the ability to pre-fill project based on the current page the user is working on. This can be implemented to a board that contains only one project.
