Sprint health gadget has a different count of completed scope than the Sprint Report and Burndown Chart

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a future sprint with estimated work in it, say 5 issues at 2 points each.
2. Before you start the sprint, resolve one of the issues.
3. Start the sprint a couple of minutes later.
4. Resolve the remaining 4 issues.

What happens:

• When viewing the Sprint Health Gadget for that sprint, you will see the green bar read "10 points completed".
• When viewing the Sprint Report for that sprint, you will see "8 points completed" in the table.

What is expected:

Both the reports and the gadget should have a consistent view of (completed) sprint scope.
