Add Flagged comment to Card in Agile board

Hey,

The new feature "Add Flag and Add Comment" in the Agile board is awesome! Now we get all "impediment-comments" in one place.

As an improvement to this it would be great if the latest "flag-comment" could be easy to access. My first thought was to be able to add a flag-comment to the card layout but I think this will be hard since the card is quite limited in size and some comments are looooong.

A better way to look at this would maybe be to add a pop-up with the latest flag-comment that emerges when you hover the flag-icon :-D
Then you will get quick info about the impediment without having to open either the Issue Detailed View or the entire issue.

Wdyt? Wouldn't this be a great extension to the new awesome "Add Flag and Add Comment" feature?
