Show target branch on pull request dialog

      There are cases where a feature-branch, which is related to the ticket, has two or more pull-request open (e.g. to staging and master branch). For that it would make sense to show the target branch for each pull-request listed on the pull-request-dialog box, so the user knows where exactly the link will bring him to.

      A not working solution for this is to name the pull request itself like "master: ...". As it can be easily forgotten, so its not consistent for a stable workflow.
