Development panel for Software Project No Longer able to be shown to Anonymous User
Steps To Replicate
- Create a project
- Create an issue
- Link to development accounts
- Commit a message to the issue
- Set group anyone for Browse Project and View Development Tools permission
Expected Result
The user without logging in will be able to see the development panel
Actual Result
It does not show
