ASSUMPTIONS

• there is an auto-refresh in the work/board view, why not on the plan view
• it is creating confusion when working scrumban, as the devs do not see the latest prioritisation

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

• given tickets are ordered in priority order, with the most important at the top
• when i move tickets about
• then other people who are logged in are able to see the latest order of tickets without having to refresh the page
• given tickets are linked to different epics
• when i move a ticket from one epic to the other
• then other people who are logged in are able to see the latest associated epic to the ticket without having to refresh
