As a user, I would like the Plan Mode to auto-refresh

      When using plan mode, I don't see auto-refresh occuring when ranking issues or status changes.
      To reproduce:

      1. Set up JIRA and GH
      2. Prepare a Project, some test Issues, and a Scrum board
      3. Verify drag-and drop ranking works
      4. Clone or duplicate the tab so you have two views of the same board
      5. Change rank or status of an issue
      6. Switch to the other window
      7. No auto-refresh occurs

      To help remote teams plan, auto refresh would be great addition to the product.
