Prevent issue to be added to Epic that has been marked as Done

      Issues and stories can still be added into the Epic that has been marked as Done via the following

      • Edit issue screen
      • Quick edit in Issue view page

      This is because the dropdown list does not remove the Epic that has been marked as Done.

      Expectation

      Epic that has been marked as Done should not show on the dropdown list of the Epic Link field.

      Workaround

      Add issues to Epic via Scrum board since this will not show Epic that is marked as Done.
