      Problem Definition

      In Service Desk, under People > Customers tab page it will list all users who can create and view a Service Desk issue. This includes listing Agents and Collaborators on the same tab. See here.

      Suggested Solution

      It would be great if there is an option to only show Customers on this page to differentiate between JIRA users and Customers. Since Service Desk users/customers do not have group, it is hard to search in JIRA by going to User Management > Users as well.
