Customer can't reply to email notification in order to create a comment on his request which is raised via Portal.

      Steps:

      • Portal A has been set up an incoming email for creating request.
      • Customer creates request in Portal A. Then agent leaves comments on that request.
      • Customer receives a few notifications on this request in his email and finds that he's not replying to the incoming email address of Portal A.

            [JSDSERVER-958] Customer can't reply to email notification in order to create a comment on his request which is raised via Portal.
