Resolution: Low Engagement

NOTE: This suggestion is for JIRA Service Desk Server. Using JIRA Service Desk Cloud? See the corresponding suggestion.
Hi,
if we receive an issue e-Mail by an unknown E-Mail jira know sends an e-mail back with a request to create a service desk customer.
- At first we like to change the automated answer text to be more personal and fit our needs.
- The second thing is that we'd like to have a captcha query when creating a customer account for service desk by a customer with an unknown e-mail address to improve security. And of course for the customer portals when creating an issue. How can we activate that?
I did not find anything in the Wiki concerning that. The captcha thing is concerning to the "normal" Jira, but not to Jira ondemand.
Can you help us with that?
