      Service Desk Collaborators are supposed to be able to 'collaborate' on service desk issues, but they cannot log time to service desk issues.

      Even an Agent with all other permissions cannot log work on behalf of a collaborator.

      I cannot think of a workaround short of creating a related ticket just for that person's involvement. Unfortunately, this is time consuming and wasteful.

      Please allow collaborators to log time to a ticket, as otherwise it is very difficult to collaborate.
