      Hi,

      Our service desk have a requirement as follows:

      A messaging facility to send messages via SMS text so that on-call engineers or senior managers can be alerted out of hours when there is a major incident.

      This is a nice to have feature rather than must have for us.

            2015 there was an AtlasCamp demo for automation rules and in the example it was created a call number then action.
