      Thank you for being so patient on this one. Now that we've released Incident Responders as a feature in Jira Service Management Cloud, you can set up alert notification preferences for the responders added to incident issues in Jira Service Management, including the ability to notify via SMS.

      Hi,

      Our service desk have a requirement as follows:

      A messaging facility to send messages via SMS text so that on-call engineers or senior managers can be alerted out of hours when there is a major incident.

      This is a nice to have feature rather than must have for us.
