      Issue Summary

      Share popup in portal does not adapt browser size change, and showing in wrong place.
      Also, sometimes, the user suggest list in popup is not shown according to the report from customer.

       

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Login JSM portal
      2. Open a request from my request
      3. Usually, share button is in the right side of the page. Click "share" button, and a popup will show up in the right side as well.
      4. Shrink width of browser window.
      5. To adapt the size change, "Share" button will go to bottom of the page automatically.

      Expected Results

      The popup adapt the size change as well. For example showing in the bottom of the page.

      Actual Results

      • Popup does not adapt the size change well. It is left in the right side(original place). Even, it may be invisible for user if size changed too much.
        See attached file below.
      • Another issue is reported by customer, but not reproduced all the time. Sometimes, when input a word in popup, the suggested user list are not show. The user list has been confirmed in har file, but not showing in the page(maybe not in the right place). It seems an issue related to above issue .

      Workaround

      • Do not change browser size.
      • If it is reproduced, try to make the width of browser window bigger.
      • If user list is not shown in share request popup, try to change the browser size to it original size(make it bigger), and search it again.
