The problem:

Today when adding a comment using the customer portal it is needed to click on 'comment on this request', and then the comment box loads, and then the user need to click the box again to be able to add their comment.
Thant can be quite time-consuming when there is the need to add multiple comments.

Need to click to add the comment

After the click the focus is not on the comment box

The suggestion is:

Make it so the focus go to the comment box after clicking it
