Due to customer adding screenshots to requests that may contain PHI/PII, we cannot allow these screenshots to be transmitted via the automated email notifications to watchers/assignees. 

An admin function to toggle the option to remove the attachment thumbnail from all email notifications would be very useful to remain in compliance.
