Keyboard shortcuts for add/cancelling comments do not work properly

      In a JIRA issue (not associated with Service Desk), the following key combinations are used to add/cancel a comment:

      • Alt + s for adding
      • Alt + ` for cancelling

      In a Service Desk request (agent view), the shortcut for adding comments is still the same and still works. However, the one for cancelling comments has been changed to:

      • Alt + ' (single quote if I'm not mistaken)

        This doesn't work any more

      On a side note, in a JIRA issue, users can also use Ctrl + Enter to add a comment. In a Service Desk request, this no longer works. Pressing these 2 keys now simply refreshes the page.

      According to https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/ViewKeyboardShortcuts!default.jspa, Alt + s is the official method, but Ctrl + Enter can also be used in some places e.g. Description (Form Submit). Thus we should consider updating the page to reflect this as well.
