    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

We would like to be able to identify specific project roles to be able to manage (create, update, remove) queues within JSM. Currently these permissions are provided to the Administrators role, but within our instance we have had to lock this role down so that permission scheme updates are not made inadvertently.

I also need this for my use case! I can't grant full admin access to the staff that need to be able to manage queues.

Definitely need this! Its a pain to move tickets from one project to another, not to mention not everyone has a triage queue in their project or wants to have IT tickets show in their project. If we could atleast lock down queues with permissions - it would be a step in the right direction. I hate to say it but Service Now made this so easy with Assignment Groups...
