When Enable CDN, Error: DOMException: Failed to read the 'rules' property from 'CSSStyleSheet'

      Issue Summary

      When you enable CDN on Jira DC, and agent tried to add a comment, it shows 2 comment box and unable to add the comment.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable CDN functionality for Jira DC
      2. login to Jira and open a Ticket in View Screen
      3. When an agent tries to add a comment on an Issue

      Expected Results

      Agent should be able to comment on the Issue successfully

      Actual Results

      2 Comment boxes are shown and the agent is not able to enter the comment

      The below exception is thrown in the Browser Console log:

      DOMException: Failed to read the 'rules' property from 'CSSStyleSheet': Cannot access rules
