Make the Satisfaction Comment field available in Issue Navigator

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      In JSDSERVER-4317 we allowed the Satisfaction Comment field to be searchable through JQL, however, this field isn't available in the issue navigator, preventing the field from being exported through CSV or viewed in a dashboard.

      In addition to the comment, it would be useful to be able to export the satisfaction received date.
