Insight CDMB: Enhance Comments functionality

      I would like to be able to add the same Comment to a number of issues at one time.  Could the Comments field be part of Bulk Edit.

      I would also like to be able to add a Comment from the Insight Search results list.  The context menu offers Edit and Delete, but not Add a Comment.
