HI,
When creating canned responses in Jira Service Desk we are only allowed to use a few selected variables. I there a way we can use more variables than is listed there? Can this be implemented?

Notably, (and really surprisingly): Approver/s names. Since there can be more than one approval point, it would be ideal to somehow specify which approval step, but just getting to the currently waiting-on approver/s would be really useful.
