      Issue Summary

      On Jira Cloud, there is an option to "Hide Details" of the Description field in the Customer Portal. 

      This option does not exist in Jira Service Management - Server.  

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a ticket in Jira Service Management Server. 
      2. Access the ticket via the Customer Portal. 
      3. The Description is called "Details" and there is no option to "Hide Details" like there is in Cloud. 

      Expected Results

      This option will exist in both JSM incarnations. 

      Actual Results

      This option does not exist in JSM Server.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
