Hi,

      I would like a customer to be able to close their issues if them deem it necessary if the issue is resolved.

      I have tried every way of enabling this and I'm not having much luck!

      Is there something I'm missing, i.e does the customer need to be agent? Which is definitely not what we want...

            This is a duplicate of JSD-40 which is about allowing different workflow transitions on the customer view. Please watch that issue instead

            I have enabled clients to have browse permission and then on transition only allowed them to see certain transitions. However this bypassed the need for the portal.

            However luckily our clients haven't seen the portal, so they are non the wiser.

            Now I have one issue I cannot hide comments.... As they become a collaborator as part of the browse permissions.

            I still want to hide comment... So enabling to select like before the JSD install to select hide comment based on Project Role would be super!
