Hi - need the ability to deliminate high priority customers when they or someone on their behalf logs a ticket through the Portal. There seems no way to flag an account as VIP, and it won't work by having a tickbox "VIP" since the list is determined by the IT Service Desk, not the end customer. Any help as this needs to be built into the SLAs for tickets as well.

Isn't it yet possible to automatically tick the VIP CUSTOMER option on for a certain group or certain users?
