Increase comments limit

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      At this time comments in Insight are limited to 227 characters, but it would be nice to have the option to have a larger limit.Besides that, it would be nice to improve the error message that is displayed for the users when the limit is reached. Current error being displayed when the limit is reached:

      Something went wrong. Contact administrator.
