Hello, Implementation of Insight uses Issue manager to update issue not standart Issue Service with issue parameters change store. So, every change in insight postfunctions is visible in issue history as separated action after transition action. But it is not true, because change was triggered in postfunction of transition.So we need from Insight team to make standard functionality to store insight data with issue service on transition actions, with issue transition vars. Problem is also with notifications becasue if we use Isnight PF to set Assignee and we need to notificate him, it is not possible, because Insight update existing issue after create notification is sent.Clients asking us who did update issue after transition and we had to say it is in transition, but Insight update issue separately, so issue history is mess than.Side effect of this is: if we use JMWE or Script runner or Time to SLA with update issue listener, it is trigger so many times as many postfunctions of Insight is on transition....
