Enhance the Events affecting Filter Assign Scope (Strict)

      Currently - The Filter Assign Scope (Strict) will only work for Issue Created / Issue Updated events.As a User, I would like to have more control over the available Events the Strict function will listen to: # Issue link created # Issue link deleted # generic events
