Clone feature - Attachment option

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      We regularly use the "Clone" feature on objects that have attachments and would like the ability to choose to clone the attachment or not (checkbox as in the 'Clone' feature in Jira).This will substantially reduce the time we spend doing manual operations in Insight.
