Hello. We are using Insight as a service catalog with miltiple choice. For us this service catalog is an hierarchical work set for content studio (production of banners, html emails, differend kinds of posters and other things). When customer creates an issue - he chooses what work should be done (picture in attachment). But each work item may have quantity - for example, customer wants 5 little banners, 10 big banners and 2 html emails. We wish that there will be fuctionality, when customer could set quantity of each item while issue creating. And this number should be accessed with different scripts, as we want to multiply number of each item on it's price (price of item is an object attribute in our Insight) and calculate total cost of one issue. As a workaround we split issue it subtasks and set quantity in subtasks, but it is not very comfortable. We think this functionality may also be needed in classic IT services, when an employee needs 2 monitors. 3 cables, etc. Not only in specific field of activity, such as content-studio.We will be grateful for the consideration of this request. Thanks
