Scheduled Backup Insight Schema

    • We collect Jira Service Desk feedback from various sources, and we evaluate what we've collected when planning our product roadmap. To understand how this piece of feedback will be reviewed, see our Implementation of New Features Policy.

      Currently we can use the export function to backup our data. Unfortunatley we always need to trigger the backup by ourself.It would be great if we can create a scheduled task (like for the import job) to regulary export the schema as backup.
