Add ability to Batch ALL results with Insight Automation Rule

      Description:

      Insight Automation rules currently treats each objects returned by IQL and takes the Automation action on each object separately. Some used cases requires the results to be batched in together and take the automation action just once.

      Expected Result:

      For example:

      • Send one email with all the objects returned
      • Create one jira issue with all the objects returned
        etc
