Insight IQL 'Updated' attribute returns inaccurate results when used with 'now()' function

      Issue Summary

      Insight IQL Updated > now() return results whereby it should return no results as the use of '>' operator with now() function indicates future date and time.

      Environment

      • Jira Software 8.13.2
      • Jira Service Desk 4.13.2
      • Insight 8.6.12

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Note the Jira system timezone. Eg: (GMT+10:00) Sydney
      2. Update Jira user timezone under 'Profile > Preferences'. Eg: (GMT+14:00) GMT+14
      3. Update an object
      4. Run the IQL Updated > now()

      Expected Results

      No results returned as the IQL searches for future date and time

      Actual Results

      IQL returns 1 result which is the newly updated object

      Workaround

      No workaround available as of now
