Issue Summary
Customer Portal users need to log in to Confluence while accessing KB articles from the customer notification email
Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Project Settings > Knowledge base
- Link a Confluence space to this JSM project with the below settings

- Ensure that Confluence space is not having anonymous view access
- Trigger a customer notification with a linked KB article
- Log out from Confluence
- Click on the KB link from the customer notification

- Users are redirected to a confluence log in page

Expected Results
As per the view settings in the JSM project, 'All active users and customers can access the knowledge base without a Confluence license.' customers should be able to access the KB article without being redirected to the confluence login page
Actual Results
Customers (Portal users) are redirected to the confluence log in page when trying to access linked KB articles from customer notification email
Workaround
Access the KB article from the customer portal directly OR Make the Space Public
- In Confluence, Go to the required space and choose Space tools > Permissions from the bottom of the sidebar
- Choose Edit Permissions
- Scroll down to the Anonymous Access section and select the only View permission

- Save All to apply the changes
- Ask the customers to access the link from an email
