implement log rotating based on file size for Insight logs

      Problem statement

      At the moment it is not possible to restrict the file size and the number of backup of Insight related log files. Currently, Insight logs do rotate so that a new file is created every day, but this happen disregarding of reaching a certain size and old files are retained.

      Suggestions

      Please implement a way to rotate log files as per Jira behaviour when reaching a certain size and removing the old ones by

      • Allowing maximum log file size to be configurable
      • Allowing number of backup log file to be configurable
