Set attribute value on Insight Read only field does not work

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Read Only CF
2. Create a PF transition to set an attribute with a pre-defined value.
3. Select the Read Only CF along with an attribute and value.
4. Execute the transition

Expected Results

The post function is executed properly

Actual Results

Nothing occurs.

Workaround

This onlyhappens when the transition is within a screen AND the RO field is in the transition screen. Removing either should fix the issue.
