Issue Summary
Automation Rule does not trigger on Bulk Delete of Objects.
Steps to Reproduce
- Set up an automation Rule to Create a Jira Issue when an Object is Deleted
- create many objects, then try to delete them using Bulk Actions>Delete
Expected Results
Objects are deleted, multiple Jira issues will be created - one per deleted object
Actual Results
No Issus are created
Workaround
Filter your objects in Insight>Search for Objects, then bulk delete them here. The automation will create a Jira Issue for each deleted object
Additionally:
- Deleting an individual object using the object gear>Delete - Will create an Issue
- Deleting One Issue (either Filtered, or its the only one in the object Type) using the Bulc Actions>Delete - No issue is created
- Deleting Multiple Objects by deleting the whole Object Type - No Issue is created
